Handle queries from distributors, B2B clients, and customers.
• Manage international client communications and orders.
• Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain feedback and order data in MS Excel and sales apps.
• Share necessary information with clients via email.
• Forward calls to the relevant team members.
• Conduct cold calls to potential new distributors and pitch products.
• Collect market data on competitor pricing and products.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in sales or customer support.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
